Sherif Hassan founded chocolate factory and named it "Sweet factories & food stuff" and its brand name is "Swifax for chocolate" that’s in order to supply coverture chocolate for his family business which was a pastry named "Les Dames" because there was a leakage in chocolate with the right quality standards not only for commercial purpose at that time so the next three years Swifax chocolate achieved a great response that made Eng. Sherif expand his chocolate business from only 15 workers to with 86000 tons yearly to 25 workers with 216000 tons yearly.
